Bryson Hickman Doubles Up at I-75 and North Georgia

Earns $2,000 for Second Career Red Clay Series Victory

Ooltewah, Tenn. (April 6, 2026) — Bryson Hickman’s impressive start to the 2026 season continued this past weekend as the Tennessee youngster captured a pair of victories across two states.

Hickman opened the weekend with a $2,000 Red Clay Series triumph on Thursday at I-75 Raceway before backing it up with a flag-to-flag victory Saturday at North Georgia Speedway. Through five starts this season, the second-generation racer has yet to finish outside the top three and now owns three wins.

“We were pretty good,” Hickman said. “I slipped up a lot more than I should have, but hats off to my dad. He works his butt off to get this thing ready to go every weekend. Big thanks to my mom, Drew, everybody that helps us out. Excited to get this win and really looking forward to chasing the Red Clay title.”

Bryson was the lone Hickman Racing driver in action over the weekend, kicking off the doubleheader at the 3/8-mile I-75 Raceway, located just over an hour from his hometown.

He set fast time and led all 25 laps of the feature to claim the $2,000 payday. The victory marked his second career Red Clay Series win at the Tennessee oval, with his first coming during the tour’s season finale last October.

Riding that momentum into North Georgia Speedway on Saturday, Hickman qualified second-fastest in the 602 Late Model portion of the Bill & Frank Ingram Memorial before setting the pace in the feature. He led wire-to-wire to secure his third victory of the season.

Complete results from the doubleheader can be found at www.RedClaySeries.com and www.NorthGeorgiaSpeedway.net.

Hickman Racing returns to action this weekend with a similar schedule, this time fielding two drivers. Bryson is slated to compete Friday at I-75 Raceway and Saturday at North Georgia Speedway, where he will be joined by his brother, Drew.
